Solvay monomer SIPOMER PAM-200 special polyether UV industrial coating is a polymerizable anionic surfactant specially for lotion polymerization. It can be used as an emulsifier alone or used in the polymerization system of pure acrylic, styrene acrylic or vinyl acrylic monomers together with other surfactants. Improve the adhesion and water resistance of metal, glass, and concrete surfaces, UV industrial coatings.
Solvay Sipomer PAM-200 needs to be neutralized before use to adjust the PH value to 6~7. When only Sipomer PAM-200 is used as surfactant in lotion, the amount of neutralized Sipomer PAM-200 in lotion should be 0.5%~3% (based on the whole monomer, 100% activity), and the better starting point is 1.0%~1.5%.
